    Interesting Dave. I often think a picture is a much better way of illustrating concepts because they are symbolic and can impart so many more thoughts than just words.

    But this graphic is a little to linear for me. I believe branding (particularly brand reputation) is dynamic, not static and it is the composite of the actions that deliver the whole. If I had to visualise it I’d probably use a tool like NewsSwarm because it better shows that brands are a dynamic composite of the perceptions people hold of them (together with what brands are doing to promote/protect that.)
