Very simple and not hosting related... I FTP'd it up to the wrong directory in the Wordpress backend. Haste makes waste:-p

That said, we are making a plan to change our hosting.

Yahoo are, in my opinion, a great company. I currently host with them and from what I've seen, there hasn't been any downtime problems and the support have been able to fix the problems I've had. My overall opinion? Definitely recommended.
